Sharon’s primary areas of practice include:

• Real estate matters including property conveyancing, public tender sales, housing development projects (landed) and the drafting and reviewing of sale and purchase agreements and tenancy agreements;
• Banking matters including preparing loan security documentation for retail financing and reviewing corporate loan and security documents for project financing;
• Estate matters including drafting of Wills and applying for grant of Probate/Supplementary probate/Letters of Administration; and
• Corporate matters including legal due diligence exercises.
