- Corporate matters such as shareholders’ agreement, restructuring, merger and acquisition, subscription of shares and due diligence work;
- Corporate banking and financing work, capital markets including advisory on initial public offerings and listing of shares in the stock exchange;
- Diverse commercial transactions such as concession agreements, property development agreements, construction contracts, joint venture agreements, sale of business / shares, management agreements, service agreements, distributorship, trust documents and other commercial agreements;
- Rendering of opinions and advice to potential foreign investors on the restrictions and requirements in relation to foreign ownership of land in Sarawak, licensing issues and other local requirements;
- Working with consultants of various fields in the conduct of feasibility studies on diverse issues and reviewing and advising on legal frameworks and institutional framework pertaining to such studies.
